Hello and happy February my dear ink drinkers!
It’s been a cold and blustery few weeks up here in Ottawa, Ontario but next week my husband and I will be packing our coats away for a trip down to the Dominican Republic. Goodbye snow, hello beach!
In honour of that vacation I finally took the plunge and bought myself a Kindle. I’m so excited to binge through some of my fellow indie authors books while sipping on a pina colada! Feel free to send any and all Kindle/Kindle Unlimited suggestions my way.
In “The Legacy of Villains” news, ARCs (Advanced Reader Copies) have been steadily going out through BookSirens. It’s extremely scary any time I check on my reviews…but so far everyone has been so wonderful and receptive! It’s crazy to me that these characters and this story are resonating with readers. I absolutely love hearing about people’s favourite parts or reactions to the plot and the twists. I'm the type of reader who banks a lot on a book's ending, so I'll always try to make sure that mine leave you on a high, powerful, 'I-can't-believe-it's-over' note. Just like ending a meal with dessert, you save the best chapter for last!

Author Fun Fact of the Day:
This weekend it felt like -40 Celsius with the wind. -40 Celsius happens to be the same as -40 Fahrenheit, as it is where the two temperature systems converge! Brrrr!
